Triune MediTech has to process personal data in order to deliver and improve products services to customers and clients. The Data Protection Act 1998 says that any personal data we collect and hold about you has to be processed fairly and lawfully. Used only for the purposes we tell you about when you give it to us.
We strife to use accurate, relevant and not excessive information; and keep secure and but not any longer than necessary.
We do not share with anyone else unless you have given your consent, or we are required to do so by law.
The Data Protection Act also gives you the right to access any information that we hold about you. You can get this by making what's called a 'subject access request' using the form which you can download from this page.

This website is not for medical emergencies. Do not use this website for adverse event reporting. If you are a dentist/physician, follow the regulations required by your countries' regulations.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
1. Accounts.
(a) Users are not allowed to have multiple accounts without notification and our approval. All multiple accounts found to be fraudulent or which violate these Terms and Conditions will be placed on hold.
(b) Only one account is allowed per shipping address. We do this to ensure quality leads for our customers and clients. If there is more than one user at a shipping address, we suggest that they contact for assessment and approval of the accounts. All accounts which are found to contain shared shipping addresses without drawing our attention to them will be placed on hold.
(c) A single user may not have multiple accounts at more than one shipping address. For example, a user may not have an account at a street address and a P.O. Box.
(d) A user may not use another person's name or information to order or receive products or services from us.
(e) A user may not "walk" a visitor of our website through the creation of an account. All users must sign up for their individual account themselves and are responsible for completing any form themselves. If a user is found to have "walked" another user through the signup process, all involved parties will have their accounts placed on hold. An exception to this condition would apply when one party is disabled, visually or physically impaired and/or needs legitimate assistance in joining the site. In this case a user has the option to assist their referral as their condition would require.
(f) Activities cannot be transferred between accounts.
(g) Each user is personally responsible for maintaining the security of his or her account. A user should not share his or her account information and is responsible for keeping his or her password confidential. Triune MediTech is not liable for any losses incurred through the access of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your password or account.
(h) Any user who has his or her account placed on hold may not create another account on any of the our websites. All parties residing at the same physical address as a user on hold will be affected by this mandate and thus, may be placed on hold indefinitely.
2. Cancellation of Account.
To deactivate an account, please contact Customer Service directly with this request.
3. Security.
Any unauthorized use or entry ("hacking") into a Triune MediTech’s website is illegal and is punishable by law. The slightest violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for us to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of the law.
ORDERS
1. Receipt of Product
(a) After a user completes the steps required to order the product(s) and payment issues satisfactorily addressed, we will take measures to ensure that the user receives orders within a reasonable amount of time. Delivery times vary amongst product suppliers, but most orders are received within agreed time frame from date of placing the order.
(b) On occasion, products may be back ordered or discontinued from our supplier or their manufacturer. In cases involving backordered products, products will be shipped as soon as they are made available. In cases involving discontinued products, we will re-issue you credit so that you can order another product or similar of an equivalent value on our site. Where refunds are requested, any charges incurred by bank charges will be passed on to the customer.
(c) After a customer or client receives a product, if we determine that he or she fraudulently completed the requirements, we have the right to take legal action against him/her or them (as a company)
2. Delivery of Product
(a) All orders are mailed or shipped to the address provided by the user at the time the user orders the product. It is a user's responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct. We are not responsible for lost orders stemming from incorrect shipping addresses, theft, or erroneous deliveries. In the event that a situation arises necessitating package forwarding, we are in no way responsible for ensuring delivery.
(b) If a user does not receive a product, he or she should make sure that they have waited the appropriate time period and confirm that the shipping address given is indeed correct. In the event that an item is lost, we will make a reasonable effort to track the package and replace it if necessary.
(c) For any product that has confirmed delivery via a tracking number, we will not resend the order or refund the points back to a user's account. If an item is lost, a user can only receive a replacement product and cannot receive his or her money back for an order. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement order or point or credit refund.
3. Cancellation of Orders
A user may cancel an order while it is being processed by contacting us via email dedicated to sales and customer service. Once an order has been sent to our vendor for processing, or if has been shipped from us, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
4. Availability of Product
On occasion, products that appear on our websites may be back ordered or discontinued from our supplier or their manufacturer. In cases involving backordered products, products will be shipped as soon as they are made available. In cases involving discontinued products, we will re-issue you credit so that you can order another product of an equivalent value on our site.
5. Return Policy
(a) In the case of an error or mistake by Triune MediTech whereby a wrong product was shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to replace the product as long as it has been unopened. Appropriate agreed measures will be taken to return product to us.
(b) If a product is found to be defective, the user should consult the warranty information included with his or her item. We are not responsible for the repair or replacement of defective products that are not our brand. Please contact the relevant manufacturer for questions about damaged or defective products you receive. In cases where you do not know what vendor shipped it to you, we can pass along the appropriate manufacturer’s contact information.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. Contacting Customer Support
(a) Due to the volume of customer service requests, we do offer limited telephone support.
(b) Please allow two business days for responses to customer service inquiries.
(c) In order to ensure the preservation of account security and to promote customer service efficiency, users should only email us using the address with which they signed up for this website.
(d) We reserve the right to block any email address.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
The website is not intended for use by children and anyone under the age of 18 will be prohibited from accessing it to use it as a source of information or trade with us. We encourage parents and guardians to be familiar with the web sites that their children visit.
Miscellaneous Provisions.
(a) Disclaimer of Liability. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to or collected as a result of the user’s accessing our website or use of the service provided by our trade partners, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
(b) Enforcement/Redress. If for some reason you believe that we have not adhered to this Privacy Policy, please notify Customer Service and they will endeavour to respond to your concerns and, when appropriate, take steps to correct a problem.
(c) Security of the Data Collected. The Site is not a secure web site. We cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of any information collected by use, transmitted over the Internet, or maintained in your user profile. You agree that any data transmission you make or receive through the website is at your own risk.
